🌱Relaxation Edition
Place an eye pillow behind your head to use as a pillow. Also, move your head from side to side to release stiffness in the back of your head.

- Place a heated eye pillow on your stomach to warm your internal organs.

Use an eye pillow instead of a hot pack (it's also eco-friendly 🪴)

・Place on your forehead (when you want to keep your eyes open)

- Place it around your neck when lying on your side (side fetal position).

☕Desk work
- When sitting in a chair, bring your knees together and place them on top of each other (to maintain posture)

・Place it on your head for 2-3 minutes. After that, will your core naturally be used and you will be able to maintain your posture?

- When resting in your desk chair, tilt your face slightly upward and place an eye pillow over your eyes.

🧘Yoga
- When lying on your back and it's bright, place it on your eyes.

- When bending forward in a seated position, relaxing and taking your time, place an eye pillow around your neck and shoulder blades.

- Place it on your bent thigh when in single-leg saddle pose.
*Eye pillows are also great as gentle aids to deepen poses.
