A little mindfulness: "Try doing things that you normally do with both hands at the same time, one hand at a time."

I'm interested in mindfulness, which focuses your attention on the "here and now," and I'm studying it myself and slowly putting it into practice. However, it's quite difficult to feel "here and now" and realize, "Ah, this is it." Even if you understand it in your head...
So I would like to introduce you to a simple method that I use.
The method is to try doing something that you normally do with both hands (or both feet) at the same time, but with one hand (or one foot) at a time.
for example···
[Practicing yoga] When doing Sun Salutations, raise your left hand, then your right hand. When doing Staff Pose (Dandasana), extend one leg at a time and place it on the mat.
[Daily life] When rubbing around your eyes when washing your face, do so one eye at a time. When holding an open laptop, hold it with one hand, then lift it with the other.
I hope this helps you to gain some insight. Thank you very much.
